    a*nation DW-6900

    Greetings all,
Spotted this on yahoo; I am wondering if anyone knows what this watch represents?

    http://page9.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/k32702052

I'm guessing it has something to do with music. Any ideas?

    I should add, no I can't read/write in Japanese.:-D

It's very Hip Wongster:-D Too loud for my wrist though

I often wonder what it takes to make a "promotional" G-shock. With the MTV line for example, I can imagine a series made as gifts or promotions. I can also see the case where it may have greater corporate significance (i.e Casio sponsoring movies). I just wonder about things like "Snap on" or "Honda"; seemingly random combinations.

    Thanks for the link wongster
Going to have some fun exploring that link.

That is a mind boggling array of partnership g's! Some I've seen before, but mostly new. For instance the Baccardi model :-S :-D I guess after some of that you would be really testing the clarity of the display:-D .

What posses Casio to do that is a mystery to me.

Nice to see TRF are together again. Always liked Sam (one of the group members).

    Enjoy you Gs!

Very cool 6900; I have a bunch of teenagers at home, can't get them to wear a watch; maybe these "jam'in" models will work. Thanks for the pics.

    Greetings All,
You quite right there bryan, the dw-6900 seems to have achieved a revered status.

    @Brad15470,
Agreed, the Jam'n'Colours seems to be a very trendy watch to have, especially for the money. I think someone here wondered aloud as to whether they are individual pieces owing to the swirls. I believe the bezel pictures here attest to this being the case. Imho for the money, it's a cheap way to owning a very unique timepiece. I like the red/black model. Again, admitedly too loud for my wrist, but great eye candy all the same.

    Hi Resinbandit,
Nice pics; little loud for me too, but the kids today love the hot trends; maybe with one of these, they could make it to school on time:-D:-D LOL.
