I recently came across this watch, with the words bearing PRG-801 at the back. Is this a variation of the PRG-80? I tried to Google but the results shown were for PRG-80-1VDR, which looks largely different from the pictures i uploaded. Anyone care to share some insight or help me to identify this watch? Is this a relatively unknown variation of the PRG-80, or a fake?

The engraving on the back is supposed to say PRG-80L but for some reason it looks like a 1 instead of a L. Possibly due to a scratch or it is a engraving error? But it is legit for sure!

Re: [HELP] Identification of PROTREK PRG-80 / 801

Looking back at the pictures, the engraving does look like "PRG-80L", but the bottom half of the L has faded away.

Now I'm torn between buying the PRG-80L (USD 92) or the PAS410b-5v (USD 50). The physical condition of the PAS410B is extremely good, but the PRG-80L appeals more to me aesthetically.

Any advice on which watch to get?
