    Hi Skyhook!

It's true unfortunately..., paint comes off as soon as you already almost bump into something...hahaha!!
Paint's offen missing a bit around the buckle area too.

Such a shame, especially for such an expensive watch (USD 250 is a cheap pick up!).

    Have fun with yours Skyhook!

Well, about the paint peeling off issue, depends on how u treat it. One of my cousins has one, he abuses it & it shows. I have used one of mine several times over the years (I use most of my watches coz I have a lot of doubles) & thats the one I took pics off. I have not noticed any peeling yet.

So I guess it depends on your level of use (abuse).

On the other hand I have a 2005 ICERC GW-205 Frogman that I have abused to the hilt. You should look at the belt, I would not exactly call the belt "white" or even "grey" anymore.

But the blue bezel looks as good as the day i bought it (a year ago), very good quality, shiny bezel on the GW-205 compared to the GW-200-2JF. The blue bezel on the GW-200-2JF lost its lustre in a month of use. I sold it, it remains to date the only Gshock I have ever sold.

    Sorry for getting off topic..............:-D

cmity, if you like blue, I would highly recomend the GW-205 2005 ICERC Frogman. If you can live with a dirty white belt that is.:-D Seriousy tho, the blue bezel on the GW-205 is just an awesome color, I dont know if its the same color as the blue TC Frogman. Its definitely more lustrous & shiny & abuse resistant than the GW-200-2JF blue Frogman, cheers

I can give it a try, if the price is right, the Blue ICERC Frogman does look awesome with its shiny appeal
