4 Questions for the WUS G-Shock enthusiast

    1. What is your favorite G-Shock in your collection?

    2. What is your most expensive watch? (not necessarily a G-Shock)

    3. If you can own only 1 watch, what would it be and why?

    4. What is your favorite watch brand? (besides Casio G-Shock)

To kickstart the thread, I'll be the first to answer the questions.

    1. Favorite G-Shock has to be my trusty G-6900-1. Through good times and bad times, my most cherished memories were shared with this watch. I've worn it when I met my first love, when I debuted at 21, when I graduated in college... It might as well be the answer to my 3rd question.

    2. It has to be my father's A. Lange & Sohne Zeitwerk. He gave it to me last year as a present.

    3. Probably one of my Grand Seiko Hi Beat watches. Its balance between form and function is astounding. Materials and build quality is top notch, and accuracy is arguably the best. Otherwise, read answer #1.

    4. Seiko, particularly their Grand Seiko line. PP is a close second.

4 Questions for the WUS G-Shock enthusiast

    1. GW-5000
    2. GWF-1000-1JF Atomic frog
    3. A Brazilian frogman just because I have wanted one since I laid eyes on it, a close second would be a GW-5000B.
    4. Besides G's I like Suunto's and VSA's.

Re: 4 Questions for the WUS G-Shock enthusiast

1.) Favorite is GW-5000 on composite bracelet

2.) Hard to say which is most expensive. If you go by current ebay prices, probably GW-9300GY

3.) If I could have just one... GW-5000 is the all around best

4.) I'm not crazy about any brands other than Casio. Maybe Seiko

    1 & 2: My GWF-1000G.

3: Hmmm...not sure the exact name but any Rolex chronograph watch will do.

    4: Tag Heuer.

Re: 4 Questions for the WUS G-Shock enthusiast

    1. What is your favorite G-Shock in your collection? GW-5000

    2. What is your most expensive watch? MRG-8100B

    3. If you can own only 1 watch, what would it be and why? GW-5000; it can be worn with anything, anytime of the day, in any environment It is insanely accurate, I shouldn't need a battery for 10-20 years. I can play sports, play with dogs, garden, and put it on with a suit. It is extremely comfortable, not bulky, screen is very readable and digits are very crisp. It is THE G-SHOCK.

    4. What is your favorite watch brand? (besides Casio G-Shock): I have a Citizen Chronomaster that I love, and would like a Patek Phillipe Calatrava in a couple of years.

    1. DW-8200F-4 - My favorite, but doesn't mean it's practical ;)
    2. Half my watches are similar value. I probably have the most in my 200 Frog and the 5-ish sets of resin I have for it. But, having 2 sets of red resin for the 8200F and 2 sets of gray + 1 set black resin for the 8200MS make them all pretty close. Probably the GW5000 if just talking watch itself without spare resin.
    3. GW-5000
    4. Dunno, been wearing G's for 30 years (except for a few years with a AMW-320).

    1. GWA1000FC2
    2. GWA1000RAF
    3. GWA1000FC2. It's the best analog G-Shock on the most comfortable bracelet up to date. And I prefer analog watch over digital (otherwise it will be GW5000).
    4. Seiko automatic.
