    6900 strap question

I recently RE-aquired one of the very basic 6900 models.

It has the plastic buckle and tang.

Anyone ever had issues with the plastic buckles? All my "more advanced" 6900's have the metal.

    Should I switch it out?

Never actually had any issue but a plastic buckle is something that bothers me even on my F91W. If you have the chance to swap I'd say go for it.

No reports of any breaking, but plenty of reports from people who think they might break.

Personally, I'm happy with plastic buckles on a plastic watch.
I used to list my watches here until I realised it ruined people's Google searches...
