I have not had any good results trying to put adapters and a Zulu on a Frogman

But if anyone has a good solution, let's hear it

Can't help you in terms of where and what to get. But be warned! There was a guy here a couple of weeks ago who put his 1000 Frogman on zulu. It was the ugliest thing I have ever witnessed in my life and I think I'm scarred for life lol .

Adaptors are commonly available on eBay (and at times where you purchase the zulu band) for the 200 series Frogmans and the 24mm zulus work well with them. You'll have to check the measurements to see if they will work with the 1000s. If the adaptors fit the bands will of course. And keep in mind 1000s don't look to use the simple spring bar method of holding the strap on which may complicate things a bit as well.

That doesn't look bad to me and it looks like the same adaptors I used on my 200s. If you really need a confirmation PM me and I can try them on my 1000.

    bump. Got a 1000 incoming.

so 24mm is better than 22mm for these?

Will a four-ring zulu work? I am worried that the watch + adapter is so big from lug-to-lug that I won't be able to get the "back strap" (whatever it's called) fitted properly.

24mm is best, and I think you're probably right about the 'back strap'. Two-ring straps would look better, in my view.
I used to list my watches here until I realised it ruined people's Google searches...
