I did save quite a bit of cash, and I did pickup everything I wanted. But my bank account took a bit of a hit and will need some time to recover.
The Frogman is just an evil looking watch, its so nasty and aggressive, I love it. Just wore it for the first time yesterday. Fantastic. It joins my 8250, they seem to be the yin and yang.
The GWA1000D is an exquisite piece of engineering. I am enthralled with the fit and finish and it really adds quite a bit of class to my G-Shock collection, I look forward to wearing it a lot more.
The Clot was what I was most excited about this holiday season, I always wanted a jelly, and moreover a jelly that will not yellow like the clear ones. Awesome watch, love the reddish screen and the accents on this piece. I think this is one of the finest and unique 6900 collabos to come along in a while.
The Haze is the Haze, everyone wanted it and with good reason, the metallic finish is unique and the graphics and color combos in the face make it a truly interesting watch all around.
The cost of each watch ended up being (tax included)
Frogman - $398
GWA1000D - $478
Haze - $110
Clot - $88
The one good thing was that I racked up a good amount on the Macys "Thanks for sharing" promotion where they give you %10 back on what you spend on your Card, so I will end up getting a nice little gift card come the end of Jan. or so - which will probably go back to yet another G.
