Always feels good to refresh an old G-Shock

So, my G-100 case cracked open last month whilst on a trip to Spain.
Like all of us with our watches I had a soft spot for it so did the following...

    Original state:

    Removed the outer casing:

Size: 34.7 KB

Cleaned it down with cleaning wipes then

The final look with replacement case: (Result, happy with that, new lease of life!)

Great job! Looks almost brand new! This is one of the things that I really like about G-Shocks, that you can refresh them by changing the bezel and strap to an almost new state.

Many of us G Shock guys were 'green' before it became fashionable! Great job...

I LOVE rehabilitating old things and making them new again. Great job.

Nice to see a G-Shock that's had its mettle tested come back to the battlefield looking good and ready for more.
A man wearing a watch, outside of purely social functions (where, strictly speaking, a watch is not supposed to be worn), makes it clear to everyone in his purview that they are in the presence of a man who considers his time something of value, not something to be wasted.

A man wearing an ostentatiously expensive watch makes it clear to everyone in his purview that they are in the presence of a man who considers little.

Nice save on the DW6100. Another G-Shock saved from the landfill and put back in service.
