Any waveceptor/solar models with countdown timer with min/secs?

I workout a lot and have a need for a countdown timer that can be set for minutes and seconds. My only G Shock that has that feature is my Raysman which I like EVERYTHING about it BUT the crystal reflects so much glare I can not read the display easily. It has to be held at an angle and my wrist rotated, just right, to view it clearly. Do any of you guys have this problem too? The other wonderful feature about the Raysman is that it resets quickly and thus very convenient. I would love to have a waveceptor/solar that had this feature...any out there? How about solar models?

    Thanks!

    Dave

Yes the GW-5600J does have a rare countdown timer

and also the solar/atomic Mudman. But most have the stupid time stamp or no countdown timer at all

    Cheers

Hi Leon: Thanks for the reply. Hey, where in MD were you born? I live in Silver Spring. Do you live there now?

Per the timer on the 5600...I am wearing one now and mine doesn't have the ability to set the secs, only the minutes. Was there a special version? Does the Mudman you speak of have the module that can set seconds too? Is there only one waveceptor/solar Mudman model available?

    Thanks
    Dave

The 2310 (and presumably the 2300) allows seconds to be set in countdown mode - and it's solar.
I used to list my watches here until I realised it ruined people's Google searches...

i don't think i have seen atomic solar model with sec adjustment countdown timer

a lot of us here is SCREAMING for a better countdown timer on the atomic solar model (sec adjustable, 24 hr or more)

if you absolutely need sec adjustment, i would just go with solar model

personally, i don't think atomic is a MUST (unless you can't live with +15 / month)

there are plenty of solar model to choose from (G2300/2310, G5600/5700, GW200, etc)

The G5600 doesn't allow seconds to be set - or at least mine doesn't. Shows them, yes - allows them to be set, no.

I'd have to go with the 2300/2310 tough solar as well. Although it's not tough solar, the DW-004 allows the seconds to be adjusted as well.
