Picture Anyone Familiar with this model 6900????

Hey, Last night I won the bid for this G from Puresoulhide who is from Japan off of ebay, mint condition and at a great price, I have never seen one and love the Module, it looks like a DW-9052 module, it is a DW-6900BD-8vt, the bezel is jelly with adaptors and 2 different interchangable straps, one is an odd resin material and the other is a velcro stryled strap. It was listed as a Snowboard Special edition model. I think it looks awesome and can't wait to get it! Heres a couple of pics he had up for it.

    Nice.

It looks like this one came out in 1995. Here's the stock image:

    Congratulations BREAKWATER!

What an outstanding G'. I continue to be impressed with all the cool special editions that Casio puts out, and this is one of the best I've seen. Enjoy it my friend!

    Cheers...

Thanks, I had never seen one, but when I saw the DW-6900BD code on the original box, I new it was the real deal and I had to have it, I think I only got it at a fair price because it was halloween and most everyone was probably out partying! I wonder if it is the same module as the 9052? The bezel looks alot darker in the pic though.

Looks great. After a bit of wear, I'll bet that one will develop a really cool grey/blue tinge.
I have a strap like that one, but in black. I couldn't get used to it because it was too chunky, but I might try it out on another watch one of these days...

I bet it will also, I really like the module, I may swap to a black bezel, I have an extra that is new that I robbed the module out of so I have some regular DW-6900 spare parts laying around.

    Hi,
nice one !! I like the 6900s that are a little different - got something similar:

I don't have the bullbars anymore though - I sold them together with my DW-6900MS.
The DW-6900 came out with different modules - the 1289, 1557 (above) and yours with the 1446 (but there where even more - I just checked the WIKI and found some DW-69XX-models I never saw before ).
    Have fun with it!

    Greetings, Sedi
    Cheers
