Arrival - First Frogman - Atomic - picture heavy

    Hello all,

I joined the Frogman club about a week ago. I still have to post the unboxing etc, however it arrived last week and I had to go out of town so had no time to do the photos. I opened it up and took it with me and still have yet to do the unboxing for everyone, hopefully this makes up for it...yes I know there are little fuzzies, I was not happy about it as attention to detail is something that I usually dont overlook, however to be fair they did not show up until after downloading them and at that point I said forget it for tonight I will shoot it again later (however I am anal enough that I did wipe her down after seeing them).

    Gorgeous Shots!
Looks like you sharpened them up a little.

Man, I really wanna buy this watch but I bought like 3 G-Shocks in the last 3 weeks and the wife thinks I'm crazy buying plastic watches
    She doesn't know I'm a G-Shockoholic!

Congrats and enjoy your new watch!

    Ha ha, that was funny!
I hope that story was your imagination and not a real event.
What kind of camera are you using? Looks like your using a 50mm lens?

Congrat`s the GWF is a watch everyone should try. I admit I was very sceptical at first, after I first put one on, I was sold they are without a doubt the best "G" Casio has ever produced. Price will always be contentious and for those that can source a GF this can help to ease the pain

The only problem with the 1000 is that once you own one, it becomes difficult to wear any other "G" and like all "Frog`s" dangerously addictive

Thanks OV I shoot with a Canon 60D - some where with the 50mm 1.8, some with the 18-135mm :)

Congrats and welcome to the club. I agree with Q6, other "G's" tend to sit on the shelf when a Frog is in the house.

Yep I am a reformer, I was initially very sceptical of the 1K; too busy, too expensive, too difficult to source just picked up my third today the GF-1000BP, the 1K Frogman is without a doubt the finest made resin clad "G" ever produced, strap one on and see, be very careful once on the wrist it will be "Tough" to take off

Watch Tanaka`s GWF-1000BP "Atomic" version of the GF, yep it`s that

Shop around and you can find the GF`s sub $500, a lot for a "G" however more palatable than the price of the "Atomic" GWF`s
