    Bands?

    Hey everyone,

I know casio is picky about there wristbands. Is it possible to put a mudman wristband on a gulfman. I like them both but certain features of the mudman and gulfman are making my decision hard.
    Thanks everyone,
    Brandon

Not sure what your looking to do but this adapter/converter allows you to convert to a Zulu strap

    here

scroll down the link above to find it.

I have heard that there is another casio g band that will fit the Gulfman as well. I do not know if the above converter will work.

    Good luck

Mudman and gulfman wristbands are very different in the connection to the watch housing.
As far as i see it, there is no chance to use the mudman strap on a gulfman, even reworked.
The Gulfman uses some kind of sliding mechanism to fit the band to the housing, the screws visible are applied to fix the strap in the slided-in position.

Yes, d2mac is right. The rust-resistance design of the Gulfman is the reason the Gulfman band is so different. The Gulfman band should last much longer IMO. It's much sturdier, but some find the Mudman one more comfortable.
