    Angus is correct.

It does appear to be a real limited edition model G-SHOCK, can't remember the name or model with out pulling out my catalogue, but it's funny how the seller states the BAPE backlight:-D

I wonder if "BAPE" has another meaning which could make the watch legal:-S

    All the best - OZZIE

Please excuse my ignorance, we don't get out much up here but...I have to ask. What is the deal with the Bathing Ape, Bape thing. What is it? Is it a special edition thing? I seen it on ebay a couple of times but never really, as they say, delved!!

Hey Tim, check out www.bape.com and you'll get an idea of what Bathing Ape is about. It's apparently some young, hip, trendy, clothing, accessories, lifestyle culture brand which is based in Japan.

You'll need to download the Flash animation for the site but once in there, it's got some pretty cool user interface design and looping audio track playing in the background.

    Thanks wongster!!

Just checked it out and you couldn't have picked better words to describe it. Yup, that looping audio track is now stuck in my brain. Interesting stuff and I guess I'm just a little too old for that hippish marketing lifestyle thing.

Ok. now I know what your talking about...ok, carry on!!

Wink Re: A Bathing Ape Casio G-Shock DW-6900 Gray of silver New

I think the silver DW-6900 is a plain DW-6900 model (it doesn't look very special to me). I don't think it has the Bape logo in the EL. The only Bape 6900's I know are a black, an ugly white and the new red version.

    Cheers,

    Sjors
