    Black Hibiscus GDX6900

    Like some here I am a F1 & MotoGP fan...ok nut

Recently with Lewis Hamilton winning a lot in F1
much of the press coverage has of course gone to him

He has been wearing this kind of cool Black Hibiscus Mercedes Cap

For some reason it reminded me of the New GD-X6900MC-1
Though I never bought one because it is a Negative Display

But recently I saw some resin & tried it on my LG-8 & 6930E-9

I admit it looks best to me on the E-9 but I could never give up that Yellow so ......probably will revert today

But in case others might like a positive display GD-X6900MC-1........ here are a couple pics of each model

First on the LG-8...It is not bad but of course a black button & screws would help
Also as Kev mentioned to me before the LG-8 has a kind of Silver Nugget plate ....not easy to match ...your right Kev

On the 6930E-9 it sits pretty nice I think with the black screws & button etc.
But again I would not give up my Lightning Yellow & they are too pricey to buy another for the swap....well at least for now

...works a treat on the 6930E-9, Mike. The black really makes the red eye and green LCD 'pop'. I have had the same secret desire for the MC-1 resin, and in due course....well, you know what happens.

I agree Kev & it looks right on that 6930

Well I guess I might leave it a few days & see
Also of course the LG-8 is sitting in Yellow for now just to see also

....looks very nice, Abinya, with the TC-5 module. I have the TC-8 that I also think would match nicely with the MC-1 resin.
