FYI...The GW-4000D bracelet has the same screw fitting as the A1000 and works perfectly, I think it's almost identical to bracelet on the A1000D, the only difference being on the clasp I believe - maybe somebody can confirm that.

I did a quick experimental mod on my RAF model with the GW-4000D bracelet just to see what it looks like:

anyway, I don't think the bracelet is cheap, but you should be able to order it direct from your local Casio parts dealer; I know the number for Casio Parts UK (+442082089567), but not for Spain. Otherwise you can try an online watch specialist (Tiktox springs to mind) that can order for you... failing that, you could buy a GW-4000D or an A1000D and mod :P

    Re: BRACELET FOR GW-A1000-1AER

I've been trying to source a bracelet as well and did find the one for the GW-4000 on Casio Sales and Service (CasioGW4000D G-Shock Watch IP Metal Band Casio Watches | Casio WatchBands | Casio Watch Repair). However, I'm not sure if it'll work as there are couple extra pieces that come off the body of the watch and connect to the lugs. I'm pretty sure those two pieces are attached to the GW-A1000's strap where they're separate pieces for the bracelet versions. Anyone with both, can you verify?

This is the thread I was looking for - anyone sourced a bracelet from Europe?

I have to agree with Mattias on that; it doesn't look look bad but it isn't great either .

I have the new GWA1000-1A and the bracelet is an improvement from the GW3000 version.

I did order a bracelet from Casio for my GW3000BB-1A bracelet and you should do a search for the details.

The main attachment is no longer a screw head, but either a torx or allen head head.

Over all I like very much the Casio G-Shock's New Aviation Watch.
