Can I swap 'old' 6900 bezel/strap onto a 'new' watch?

I've got a question for the experts out there.

    I have a DW6900MC. It's a Japan-made Jam'in green/yellow with the 1289 module.

Now, Tiktox sells some old stock bezels and straps for this model. I'm particularly interested in the bezel & strap from a DW6900H-9

The reason I'm asking is because Casio likes to 'tweak' certain parts of watches, making it difficult to swap parts even when two watches look identical. I.e. you can't fit a GW-M5600 bezel on a 5600C....

I know *how* to do it. I've done it before on my Frogman. I'd just like to be sure the parts are compatible before I order them.

Should be the same. The DW-6900 has not had any design change since it launch in 1995. (1994 for the DW-6600).

The M5600 is a different story though.

Thanks guys! You can never be too sure before ordering these expensive parts

EDIT: I just ordered the bezel & strap. Field-stripped the 6900 too :D Here's hoping the parts show up soon.
EDIT 2: Wow, Keith's definitely on the ball today! Ten minutes after I sent the order, he mailed me that it's shipping tomorrow -- and I even got a tracking number already.

See, *that* is good customer service!
