    Can't upload avatar: 96x96 px, 6.74 KB

What am I doing wrong? I'm sure it must be something obvious but I can't see it.

A man wearing a watch, outside of purely social functions (where, strictly speaking, a watch is not supposed to be worn), makes it clear to everyone in his purview that they are in the presence of a man who considers his time something of value, not something to be wasted.

A man wearing an ostentatiously expensive watch makes it clear to everyone in his purview that they are in the presence of a man who considers little.

Not sure about that one, but there is apparently no way to edit the profile info anymore.

Anything. The little "edit pencils" have been gone for awhile. There was discussion about this on f530.

Adding Avatars has been broken for about a month(?) according to the WUS problems forum; at least the last time I checked a few weeks ago.

Just a followup. I see that you now have to edit under the Settings screen, rather than using the now-missing "edit pencils" on the About screen.
