    Re: Casio analogue accurate

They will be similar to standard Citizen and Seiko movements. Seiko and Citizen also make high-end movements accurate to 10-20 seconds a year. Casio doesn't have any movements like that.

I know little of Poljot, but what little I know leads me to believe they wouldn't have super-accurate movements.
I used to list my watches here until I realised it ruined people's Google searches...

    Re: Casio analogue accurate

    Hi,
Poljot doesn't have watches in their line-up that have quartz movements so you can't really compare them. If you're really concerned about accuracy - why not get a wave ceptor or similar atomic-controlled Casio? Since I got my Riseman GW-9200 I think I'll never go back to non-atomic-watches again. Well I'll make an exception for a MR-G or something like that. Or if it's a real accurate quartz movement - let's say better than 10 sec off per month. Some of my Gs aren't very accurate for quartz. Of the non-atomics the Muddy is best. But that doesn't do much to answer the question since they are all digital.

    Greetings, Sedi

    Re: Casio analogue accurate

    I owned several analog casios.
The movements are well designed and lasting many years (not a single one failed in my collection), also on the 20€ models.
The accuracy is basicly the same like on the digital versions.

You have Atomic Analogs too that are accurate all the time so long as you receive the signals.

Here is a fully analog Casio. It is as accurate as can be. Tough too. What more could you want?

    Re: Casio analogue accurate

I have several analog Casios, and they are all very reliable and accuracy is about +-20 seconds per month. Most accurate is my (non atomic) casio cronograph mtd-1057. It is of by 3 seconds per month.

    Re: Casio analogue accurate

    Hi

I think any modern quartz is accurate, never had a problem. All have been within 10 mins a month. To be honest most people do not need accuracy better than this.

    Regards

    Matt
