    Casio to Discontinue G-Shock Line

    This is sad news indeed...

DOVER, NJ, APRIL 1, 2010 — Casio America, Inc. and its parent company, Casio Computer Co., Ltd., announced today that the G-Shock watch line is being discontinued effective on April 15, 2010.

Some kids here in the hallway this morning: "Sir, your shoe laces are loose".
Me: "that's impossible, I don't have shoe laces in my shoes".
Kids, while eyes turn to the ground: "But look sir, you have shoe laces".
    Me: April fools!

I actually heard they were going to re-direct the G-Shock Division into a new line of indestructible calculators (going back to their roots and all) because of the un-tapped potential of calculator abuses.
