    Casio F91W

That was my first wrist watch. It was my 8th or 9th birthday that I received it as a gift after seeing it at a store. I remember there was a great "deliberation" between my mom and dad as to whether or not I should own such a watch. I remember lending it to my brother endlessly whenever he went out with a girl (he was older). I also remember a kid in school trying to "jack" it from me. Ohh... the fond memories. If I only knew what had happened to that piece - it'd be nice to still have it. But, I guess that's why the Casio fascination transcended to their G-Shock line for me.

    Anyway... just to share.

I bought one of those entry level Casios just to ad some memories to my collection!
Watches were already things to open and explore back then, no wonder I became an engineer

Nice story, love watches that have a bunch of memories within them. As for the watch itself, the F91W is probably one of the biggest selling entry level Casio watches. For the price it's a nice watch that will always function when you need it to. I'm just amazed I don't have one yet.

Relive your youth! You can get them for $8.49 on Amazon! I got mine free from work.

They are a great watch! I wear mine when working out, it is so light I don't even notice it.

I understand the sentimental value of your first watch/car/bike whatever. Thanks for sharing, though the F91 itself is not my cup of tea.

Don't buy the F91, buy the W-59 instead cuz W-59 is 50m WR and the F91 isn't....the rest is just the same.
