Casio G Shock Riseman on a 6 inch wrist

Sorry for the terrible picture quality aha.

I've been eying the Riseman for quite a while now, along with a PAG240-1 Pathfinder. Iwent on to try the PAG240-1 today and IMO it was way too big, the strap could practically wrap around my wrist twice (no, just kidding).

The Riseman has a better fit and the although there are still excess straps sticking out, it doesn't really bother me THAT much. And since this is a double holed Resin strap (which I really like) I didn't really want to trim off the end.

Anyways, I haven't been able to find a post showing the Riseman on a 6" wrist, so maybe this post will help some of you out there (like me when I was looking for pics). Maybe instead of wasting time going back and forth to stores, you can use my pictures as a reference instead.

But yeah FYI my wrist is exactly 6".

Try wearing it a notch or two looser, then you won't have so much "extra baggage" :)

Haha a notch loose is like super loose, I like to have it sitting tight on my wrist. I think I'll probably trim off the excess later.

I wear my Riseman at the 4th hole from the lug, the band keeper is fixed by a hidden electrical wire and it never slips out of its place.

Whoah... Dude you seriously saved me 200 (gw9300) ... that is too large for my wrist. That just to clunky for me.

I have small wrists... I dont know if they are smaller than yours but usually I am on the last ring on Bulova and Swiss army leather bands.

I have 7.25" wrists that look just like the OP's. I have found that Gs tend to look better on people with flat wrist surfaces, so even if your wrist is very small, if it is flat and wide, some G-Shocks will still look adequate. In the end, however, most of the time it is us that are too conscious about it - most people, who see our wrists from an outside angle, will think they look just fine.

So true. I stopped worrying about G sizes when I got the G7900. They look big on my wrist anyway, but not wrong big, just big.

Forget your age, your sexe and your wrist size when you wear a G-shock
