Casio GW-3500B (5173) world time hour is not correct

I have a Casio GW-3500 (5173) and the right hand dial for world time hour is not correct. World time is currently set at MIA 9am and the dial shows 12. How do I get the dial to show the correct world time hour?

I think that's the same, or very similar module, as my MTG-1500. One of the good things about the module is the hands always show current time (unless you're in some sort of odd setup mode). World time is shown digitally. You can swap world time with your primary time by pressing the lower two buttons simultaneously. That's how I use it to travel. Set the world time to where I'm going, then press the two buttons to swap when I get there. Swap again when I get back home. I do the swap from world time mode, but not sure if that's required.

Right dial hand could be set in a wrong position, so check out the "Correction of Hand Home Positions" section in the manual.

MTG-1500 has slightly different module than GW-3500B and doesn't show the world time hour on right dial in the timekeeping mode. GW-3500B has an ability to show three different time zones in timekeeping mode: T1 (home time) using the main hands, T2 (secondary time zone) on the digital dial and WT (time zone set in World Time mode) on right dial.

+1 on what Tretton said: while correcting hands home position you can adjust both left and right dials if they are off.
