    CASIO identification

    Hi everybody

I've been reading the post of the forum and I think that it's the best resource for newbies learning about watches.

Now I'm need a little help.

When I was young with the first money that I got from my new job cleaning rat cages un the la from my University I bought a CASIO watch a cheap one. I only remember the name un the box "CASIO DURO 200". After a few years my watch was stolen from my backpack.

Now I feel a little bit nostalgic about my old watch and a I want to buy it again, but I can't find it.

I find a picture of the watch (i adjunct the picture) and maybe one of you can help me with the real name of the watch and the referente, or maybe any of you can tell where can i buy my old watch.

    Thanks

If this is not the right place for this post I'm sorry.

And sorry for my bad english...

Lets see if we can get this thread moved to the Casio G-Shock forum. We are Casio fans of all types over there.

I sent a request to the Moderators to move your thread there.

    Re: CASIO identification

That's an interesting one. Case/bezel definitely looks like something from the Duro series, but the dial looks more like a MRW-200. And a knurled crown....

    Weird. New combo to me.

    Re: CASIO identification

This is a special military dial Duro MAR-100D-1A. MAR as in Military Analogue Reading, came out around 2010-2011 I believe. Came with a black and a blue dial version both with steel and leather straps. It is now discontinued and very hard to find, can not fine one available at the moment...
