Anyone noticed that our beloved g-shocks (and some casios) sell quite fast in the 2nd hand market?... and we dont lose that much $$$ too
when i was selling most of my G’s, iirc the most $$$ i lost was $35 ($20 for my gw6900 daily wearer, and $15 for my g-100)... the rest, either i got my money back OR made a few dollars more than what i paid for.
granting i do take care of my watches (zero scratches with complete box and papers, i even keep the hangtags )
Yesterday, my new “grown up ” casio mtd-1086 arrived, thinking i should probably just make it my new daily wearer (and keep my watches to a max number of 2), i posted my tough solar casio ws210h on facebook, and today whoala, somebody bought it for what i paid for it. (I did include a $2 nato strap in the sale lol)
so yeah, our casios are like air-cooled 911 porsches
