    Casio's Lousy G-Shock Site

Ever been to www.gshock.com? If you click on options like Tough Solar (or any option), sometimes the watches will show up and other times they don't. It's not very responsive.

Want support? If you go to http://www.gshock.com/support/contact you'll find that the 800 number has been disconnected, as it has been for months.

No number for sales or pre-sales questions is displayed.

You have to wonder if they even care about the G-Shock line.

I thought I was the only one with this problem.

Try this site, it's much better:http://www.casio.com/products/Timepiece/G-Shock/

i don't think it's lousy. they do need a flash guru to optimize the pictures - i've have had it hang on me as well - but otherwise it's alright. some of the models are out of date and they don't always have all the color variations for even domestic releases. they could link the manuals better and have more feature stories, i suppose. have you explored the catch-all eu website? it has a similar look and feel but a little more polish. http://www.g-shock.eu/euro/
