    Picture Charging My "G"s

Yesterday was out cutting the lawn; so I gave my "Solars" a charge by the window; had my camera near by & took some pics.

    Cool pics brad!

May I ask is that a purpose-built watch case? Where do you get a thing like that?

Also, did you win that cool yellow-dialled AW? I hope so :)

    cheers, pritch

    Hi Pritch,

I lost that AW-510, out bid in the last two minutes.; But I did win a AWG-500J-1AJF; loaded with Atomic/Solar, count-down, etc; my case I got at a local hardware store, can be made to fit your needs; at the rate I'am going looks like I will need two cases.

    Be careful.....

Direct sunlight is not good for long term sustainability of LCD screens.

    Hi petew,

Yes this is true; at the most 45mins, in the afternoon sun; the case keeps them all in one place and the above panel stores all the tools; cheap too-about 25$USD.

Aww, I know that feels, the outbid thing, I seem to go through phases of that, though lately I'm in one of those phases where I put a bid in really not expecting to win then actually do...

this happened with new men in yellow old-style mudman last night for $200 inc. shipping, that was literally my last late bid, wasn't going to try again, but there it was, you won the item, pay now, another G, financial ruin, etc.

I figure if I do need money I can sell again and at least get most of the money back, so I hope there'll still be loads of G fans around in futre

    Hi Pritch,

I'am not a big Ebay guy; if I see something good I give it a shot; I like the personal sales, may be more in $$, but almost a sure thing; and the G-shock world seems to always have new members; I have three coworkers now wearing G-shocks, & love them.
