The basic mudmans are selling at US$58-60 at the watch stores where I live. So I believe the price should be within the range and most of these offers are real.

Just be extra careful when dealing on eebay since there are some fakes floating around there.

    http://search.ebay.com/casio-g9000_W...lcZ1QQsbrsrtZd

If this link doesn't work, what I did was I typed in casio mudman g9000 and hit search. Then hit the 'us only' option. then filtered by 'cheapest first'

I got weary after learning (from this site. thank god for you guys) how many imitations there were. I don't want to get burned, as an accurate and durable watch for my job is VERY important. I am a very technical guy, and am very good with equipment, but there's just sooo many g shocks out there, that besides of fit and finish, I'm not sure I could spot a fake. What made me come here and ask you guys first is, that I was sorta curious as to why their most cockiest, and sought after model was the cheapest version on ebay. I got suspicious.

Buddy Lee - I've never seen a fake Mudman on eBay, but apparently there are some out there. Thanks Topher for pointing that out.

    Riley,

Fake Mudmen are out there, unfortunately. One must always be careful when purchasing/selling online.

    Re: Cheap mudmans...

From what I've seen, around $60 is about the average price from US ebayers. The best thing to do is probably find one then post the link here before buying. Amazon looks like it has some good deals, and off the top of my head, 4-watches are a decent American ebay seller who I've used a few times.
