    Chino watch orders...couple questions...

I'm debating ordering a watch from Chino watch company. Could someone tell me what the average ship time would be from them to the United States? I've never ordered a watch from Japan, so I'm just wondering what I should expect. Also, they show international prices in what looks like US dollars including shipping. Is this accurate...is that the total price in US dollars including shipping that I can expect to pay? Sorry, I know this is a noob question...thanks for your help.....

Chino is a good seller. Most of the good Japanese dealers price them with worldwide shipping included in the price and take payment via Paypal. They also usually use EMS shipping, which is super fast. Like you might get it in 48 hours fast. I think the longest it's ever taken is about 3 business days for me. A weekend will delay things a bit.

I guess it depends how far away you live from a USPS hub (they are the ones that actually deliver EMS to your door). I prefer them over UPS and Fedex myself.

Just to add on EMS - For the watches I've ordered online, they shipped faster than FedEx or UPS did from US stores.

Yea - every watch I've ordered from Seiya or Higuchi thru EMS has arrived in 4 business days.

I have had nothing but great luck dealing with Chino.

They constantly communicate with you and let you know what's going on. They use EMS for shipping 3 days and it's at your US doorstep.

I never dealt with returns, so that I can't comment on that.

Chino has rapidly become my source of choice out of Japan for all the reasons listed above. Several transactions later I've had the best online experience ever, no matter whom I've done business with.

I returned a watch to them simply because it was not what I expected, having bought it sight unseen. My account was refunded the _same day_ they received it. Simply amazing....

    Cheers...
