    Cleaning your G-shocks

    How do you guys clean your g-shocks?

    just soap and running water?
    or by soaking overnight?
    Bleeching?
    using alcohol solvent (not sure?)

    or what else?

    just making sure the paint and decals dont come off!

    I usually wear them in the shower, so when I get cleaned, my watches does also

    if a watch gets heavily dirty, I clead it with a toothbrush, soap and water thats it.

    Rinse daily. Running water and toothbrush once a week.
    I used to list my watches here until I realised it ruined people's Google searches...

    I clean them when I think they are dirty. I use a tooth brush with warm running water and dish soap. I clean the cloth Velcro band using the tooth brush first then I put the band in a plastic jar and shake it with soap and water until the water is clear after being shaken for a while. I have put the bands in the washing machine before when they had a stubborn stain.

    i'm also a fan of the 'taking a shower with me' method.
    whenever i shower, there's a watch showering with me. so they're all clean...

    Hold it under running water, then I dry it off with a micro-fiber cloth.
