Question comparison, please, of digit size of G7600, G7500, G2900, G9000

    Hi

I currently have the DW5600E. I'm mostly happy with it. But there are two things I'm dissatisfied with, and I want to return this watch and buy something else
    - the light function
In the middle of the night when the lights are out, I usually have a hard time locating the light button with my fingertip; usually my fingertip finds the grooves just to the north and south of the light button. I wind up having to turn a light on in order to find the light button on the watch

    - the size of the digits for the time
the size is pretty good, but I definitely do not want a display with smaller digits for the time and would prefer larger digits for the time

I've narrowed my choices down to these watches: G7600 series, G7500 series, G2900 series, and the G9000 series

    I'm leaning toward the G7600-2V and G7500 over the G2900 and G9000 because ...
... the display of the G2900 looks a little too "busy" with those three circular gauges constantly animated
... from what I can tell from this forum, apparently (?) the digits for the time on the G9000 aka Mudman are smaller than other three watches I've mentioned

I would be very grateful if someone could compare the size of the digits (of the time) of two or more of these watches either through measuring them or through pictures or through you telling me with your own eyeballs. I would also like to be able to have confirmation about whether these watches are indeed bigger in the size of the digits than the DW5600E.

I'm also concerned with the couple of comments that I read about the watch being "too small". Small in what sense ? : https://forums.watchuseek.com/showthread.php?t=121186

Thank you very much in advance !

Welcome to the forum Matt. I wish I could help with your question but I don't have any of the models you listed. I just got a GW9000 today and the digit size seems okay. The contrast is better than that on my DW6900 making the Mudman easier to read.

    Good luck.

FWIW, here are a couple of pictures of a G7600-2V and DW5600E close together. The 7600 has larger digits.

Cool Re: comparison, please, of digit size of G7600, G7500, G2900, G9000

Here is a watch that I own and think will fit the bill it has large digits (bigger then the Mudman and 5600) and also a easy to access fifth light button and looks great the GL7500-9vdr:

Its rare though so hard to find! :(
