Off topic Completly OT: When things fall apart

I shoudn't be doing this here, but some days are worse than others. Today is one of those worse ones. My marriage is over, and I've no clue where my life is going now.

I've loved this tune since it came out. I'm an old dude, but a big Kid Rock fan. Somedays, like today, I listen to this tune over and over

YouTube - Kid Rock - Picture ft. Sheryl Crow [Official Video]

This is not really how its gone. It's just done now and quite sad. If I've been a cynical smart ass on the forum, this is partly why. Sorry.

    Cheers,
    Bruce

Bruce, whereabouts are ya in England? If you're near/in London and need a pint any time, give us a shout! We can also head down the G-Shock East store and get some G-Tail Therapy!

    Bruce- sad news.

Don't really have the right words but I know you will come through- you always did. ( I'm assuming but I'm sure you did and will this time)

    Best Wishes,

    Lotus

Oh, I'm so sorry for you Bruce!

I think that is among the hardest things you have to go through...
    I've done it twice.
I've been living as a single now for 7 years.

Even if everything feels really bad now, I hope you come out of it eventually still with a lust for life, not least for your little sons sake.
One thing that I experience is that children become more and more important to me the older I get

    Take care Bruce!

Sorry to hear you are low Bruce.

We none of us truly know where our lives are headed, ever.

You're entitled to be sad - its normal and part of life especially at a time like this - I'd be more worried for you if you were not.

When you are no longer sad, which will be when it is time not to be sad, you will be happy, I have no doubt.

I hope you get peace soon, and I encourage you to be particularly good to yourself over the next while - spoil yourself a little.

    Be well,

    Coler

Sorry to hear Bruce. Like Coler said, spoil yourself. Immerse yourself in things that you enjoy and get out there and explore. With every day that passes things will get easier and the grief will fade. Remember the good times and accept the result. If you have no clue where your life is going that's only because it's wide open with options. It's up to you to write the next chapter. And remember you have friends here.

Thank you guys. I can't write much now as I'm really sick in addition to the other. I'm gong to bed now. See ya in the morning.

Don't over-think, take time, let priorities emerge. One foot in front of the other and eventually you will find yourself in another place.
I used to list my watches here until I realised it ruined people's Google searches...
