A couple questions about my new Chronograph...

    Model #AWG100-1A

So I recently got this watch and have been setting it up and everything (atomic timekeeping, solar powered, etc.), all the fun stuff. I'm new to these forums and i have just a couple of questions i hope someone can answer me. As a heads up, i've been through the manual page by page so please don't tell me to refer to it. Unless i just looked over something, i'm 99% sure i couldn't find it in the manual:

How do i set the format to 24 hour time-keeping as opposed to just 12? This is mainly for the alarm setting as i always have to make sure it's set for PM which is more annoying than just using military time.

Can i change the Alarm beep tone/sound? I've noticed that the timer beep function is much louder and more noticeable than the slow beep of the alarm signal. Can i do anything about this, like switch the two? I'm trying to have this wake me up in the morning while on my wrist.

Thank you for all your help!

Setting 12hr/24hr mode seems to be in the manual.

Does anyone have any inquiry about the alarm beep?
