The culprit who chewed up my DW-6600

Left the watch on a lawn chair and Tina, my new springer spaniel pup, used it as a chew toy.

Dogs love the taste of G-Shocks. And I was stupid enough to leave one of my favorites laying around.

:-D hard to be mad at 'em when they're that cute, though! I have a chihuahua pup (he actually looks like a husky - only much smaller ) and he has yet to find my watches, though I am sure if he had the chance he would destroy them as he chews on just about anything left within his reach! Kinda makes me wonder why I bother buying him chew toys - it's just cheaper to throw him a sock:-D :-D

    Thanks OZ:

    Tina is a sweetie...

She's my newest spaniel and Joanie just spoils her because she's a pup. The three female Springers in my kennel love her but the two males are a bit standoffish.

Tina sleeps with us in the master bedroom until she grows a bit then she'll have her own spot in our kennels.

I have high hopes for her as a bird dog.

    But I will never leave a G-Shock near her! :-D :-D :-D

I love English Springer Spaniels! Actually, I go nuts for all dogs.

    Ha Ha,

If I would find a chewed up G-Shock and this face I can never get mad. What a cute face.

When I was a little boy I always walked a spaniel of the neighbors. I had a great time then. Her face reminds me of that dog.

    Cheers,

Re: The culprit who chewed up my DW-6600

    hi mike,

I had this little bird, who just flew into my flat one day while I had my windows open. it was unusual confiding as you can see on the picture:

my dog - whos name is benny - was sleeping in the hall when the little dickey decided to wake him up and guess what happened?

absolutely nothing (which doesen't surprises me). benny just yawned (as seen on the pic), sniffed a bit only to go to sleep again

well, I just want to say, I could present my whole watch collection before him, he wouldn't care for a second. maybe if I put some tasty morsel on top of the watches, but even then he just would grab the TM and let the watches kept alive...

    regards, holger

p.s. your pup is really a sweetie, I also go nuts for dogs
