    Does anyone have GW2000B-1A or GW2000BD-1A ?

    Is there any backlight / AutoEL ? Any details ?
    How good is the seconds-hand alignment ?

    There is no backlight.

    There is indeed no backlight/EL - but the lume is pretty good and certainly viewable. There's none on the seconds hand though - if you figure on using stopwatch/timer functions at night go elsewhere.

    I like the watch - the best value might be the stainless steel on resin version though. The bracelet on the BD is nothing special and the contrast stainless steel on black makes the dial look better.

    as far as i know the watch has only hour/minute/subdial-hands alignment, but not for the second hand...

    no lume other than the paint on the hands. a friend of mine just got the GW-2000 a couple days back and while i haven't seen the watch yet in the flesh, he assures me that it is still possible to read the time after 5-6 hours in darkness - which would be amazing, considered the poor lume casio watches usually have...
