Hasn't happened to me yet. Sorry to hear about your Mudman.

But it's a G-Shock - I'm sure it can handle whatever your brother is putting it through!

    Hi,
nobody except for Sedi Jr. (almost three now) has yet wanted to wear one of my G-Shocks . So I can keep them all for me.

    Greetings, Sedi
    Cheers

No one has ever pressed me to wear any of my watches.

Nobody has ever asked to borrow one of mine, but if I did have to lend one, it would be a g shock since it can take the abuse

My sister isn't around to bug me on my G-Shocks; she's hardly interested in them, and besides she's already married.

I have someone at work bugging me to sell him my G-9000MC-8 camo Mudman though. He's even offering to buy it at a higher price than what I got it for.

Sucks to be without a G.

Nope. In fact, I had to pressure my brother into buying a G-Shock for himself when he went to college. He's one of those guys who'd be happy with just an iPod

My sister is obviously... a girl So I doubt she'd get much enjoyment out of wearing an Eco-Zilla, Frogman or the 200-gram Breitling Airwolf.

None of them show even the slightest bit of interest in watches. Closest I got to familial watch interest is that my mother wears a Baby G that I gave to her.

Yes..but I have not had this experience with a watch. For me it's my knife. When you carry one all the time everyone you know will know that you're the guy that always has a knife on him. Next, everyone who can't be bothered to own/carry one wants to borrow yours. At first you comply but that ends as soon your best carry piece gets handed back to you broken. A knife is a *tool* and must be treated as such. Now, when someone wants to borrow I decline. Some have solved this issue by always having two on hand, one for strictly personal use and one junker that can be lent. There may, or may not, be an analogy here for watches.

My husband has snagged my Muddie. He is very attached to it. I'm just glad he can't get my Baby-G Frogman around his wrist.
