I don't know about a combi bracelet. I've never had one. I assume it is a harder material at the end links than a standard resin strap. If the end link is not flexible then you may not be able to get it to attach to the case. The lug holes are about 1mm or so lower on the case and do not line up with the 5600 strap. When I attached the DW-5600SN strap it took a bit of coaxing to get to seat into the lug holes. The first side of the spring bars went in easily. It was getting the opposite side of the spring bar to seat that was a bit of a small challenge. The 5600 strap is thicker than the stock DW-291 strap at the spring bar end that attaches to the case. Also, the lug end is 18mm not 16mm on the DW-291. You'll want to make sure the strap is lined up and not off center when you install it.

Whoa thanks for this. I might just pull the trigger. But seeing you mentioned about the light, maybe it will bother me abit. But nvm, i rarely use them anyway.

    Now deciding which one.. hmm..
i have many many memory with many watches, but the only one that is worthy is my all time favorite - the Tudor Submariner 79090.

    Re: DW-291 Counting Thread

Mine arrives tomorrow, and should there be any issues with the fit of the strap (hopefully not), I'll just swap them out with some JaysandKays like I did with my TRT-110.

I ordered DW-291, Gold and Gray, on the day these were released in India. Will be buying Black one soon (seems to be out of stock online, will try offline for Black one). Love the both ones. Sharing snaps.
