    Question DW-6100 Water Resistant Question

Just cleaning up my "new" DW-6100 & looking at some previous posts about 6100's when I noticed that mine only says "Water Resistant". What kind of depth rating would that be equal to? I see that the newer ones have 200M stamped on the crystal; mine only has the WR on the back. Nothing mentioned in the on-line manual. Time to ask the experts: What is the depth rating of an original DW-6100? TIA

    Re: DW-6100 Water Resistant Question

all dw-6100 are 200 meters that are 660 feet under water and maybe the 200m got rubbed off your watch and on mine dw6100 it says water resistant on back but front it shows water resistant 200m.

I'd be careful. Usually WR means you can wash your hands. That's about it.

Every G-Shock ever made is good for 200m.
I used to list my watches here until I realised it ruined people's Google searches...
