DW 6900 MS button defect?

    DW 6900 MS button defect?

    There are 3 buttons protruding except the A button that is flat. is it normal?

    Yes it's normal - that is the "adjust" button. It is recessed a bit to prevent accidental adjustment to the time/date/etc.

    Same thing with my DW5600B when i bought it, i had to come home ASAP to check pics thru the net

    I think the recessed button is a clever design by Casio. You find it on a lot of Casio's.

    Hi,
    there are even G-Shocks were the design of the adjust-button differs completely from the rest of the buttons like on the GT-001:


    The adjust button is steel and recessed into the case while the mode, start/stop and split/reset-buttons are plastic.

    All the buttons on my GW5600J1 are recessed.
