    DW-6900E-2ER 'Mute' ? Maybe?

    Hi,
I read the manual 10x. There is something 'written' to the left of the 'auto'
function for the CDT. Nothing in the manual can make it 'activate'.
It's a negative display and I only notice it when the backlight is on.
    It might say 'mute'.
If the time is 20:12, it is above the one.
    Thanks. And confused?

Did you test the Mute function out? I don't have one so I don't know the ins and outs, but on the Muddie just hold mode from the timekeeping screen til it shows mute. See if this works for the 6900.

The DW-6900 can't be muted - this function just wasn't 'invented' yet when the DW-6900 was released. Next to the 'auto' is the symbol for the display flasher function.

Thanks. But there is something written on the 'left' of the auto.
    What does it say?
And I have a muddie. So I did try holding 'c' down in the TK mode.
Someone her has to know : )
    It's driving me nuts.

'24H' maybe? Or the PM indicator? Has to be something like that.

Nope. 24 hour is to the far left.
When you press the backlight everything that is active lights.
There is a little shadow to the immediate left of the 'auto' signal.

Molto grazie. You did more than help. You got it right!
It's impossible to read unless you use the split.
    I can sleep now : )
