Dw5600 on a Timex iron Velcro ? Is it possible

I love the 5600 but I have to wear it on the last hole I was wondering if it would fit on one of the Velcro straps that have the elastic in center that mounts to the watch. I know they make the adapters and the Zulu just not crazy about the look

make sure the lug width is correct. My last timex ironman velcro was 22mm lug width, and I think the DW5600e is 16mm, DW5600c is 18mm (or the other way around)

You're right on the 5600E and 5600C widths as they are. If the lug widths match up, you should be good to go.

Not sure about the width of the Ironman strap, but the Walmart velcro bands are 18mm wide and can be squeezed under the spring bars of a 16 mm G without too much difficulty.

Dw5600 on a Timex iron Velcro ? Is it possible

Check this out https://forums.watchuseek.com/f17/has...0e-161480.html , also check here they have many strap ideas Velcro included that can be used with the adapters. http://www.tiktox.com/casio-straps-and-spares.html

I use the "G" Shock Velcro on various models using the adapters

I'd really like a more traditional dive strap, like a longer version of the 5600 strap, rather than velcro.

Velcro reminds me of the garment I had to wear when being transported from one institution to another. Good times but it's time to move on.

I've looked into diver straps for the G, and gotten nowhere other than having a though to buy a wider strap and have at it with an exacto knife and see what happens.

It's a shame. Meanwhile I roll up my sleeve and roll down my glove a bit. It's only a 3mm suit, it's not like the water will freeze that 2 cm circle of exposed skin. I just wish the strap were a little longer.
