    DW6900's

The 6900 series has always been my favourite, I even like the "eyes".
I now have the white, black, and yellow, DW models. I like everything
about them. The graphics are bigger, clearer, and more contrasty,
even than my "Japan" 69's and Frogs. I like the fact that "UTC" can be
displayed in the top line as world time. Mine are the same size as my
other 69's, the "eyes" are still there, different, but same look.
Important features were added with no compromise to the look or functionality.

Having said that; I no longer wear any of my other G's, except my Rusty Frog.
I don't think that the "newness" will wear off, I have been wearing 69's for
20 years. I no longer feel the need to collect, I have begun limiting my
new purchase's to watches I will actually wear.
I was as rabid a collector as anyone for years, and loved every minute
of it, maybe I will relapse, but now I am happy with these 4.

Check them out, you will not be dissappointed, BEST, LL

Larry...I have a DW6900 also. My first official G. Unique styling that is characteristic of G shock. I like the eyes also, especially during stopwatch and timer modes.

How do you put UTC on the top line?

Make UTC your "world time". Then, when you push the upper right button,
in time mode, whatever you seleced as world time will replace the
day and date line until you pust it again, most G's do not have UTC
as a specific site, you can make any site your choice.

You an only do that on the GW nhoj, not the DW.

Quite right Larry, I only have a 6900 now (apart from my work watch, but that doesn't really count), and for the foreseeable future I can't see myself buying another G.

    Larry you mean GW-6900, right?

Anyway, my vote goes to classic DW-6900s over the more technologicaly advanced G/GW ones, sorry...

So far the only G's in my collection are the 6900 series, I enjoy the contrast of just how the color difference can change the attitude of these watches from work to play I can usually pull off wearing a 6900. This isn't my whole collection but just a shot to show off.

Beautiful 3 models...G-classics at their best!

They definitely should cover most of the situations and/or mood swings of yours
