    ebay riseman confusing seller

    OK i want a multiband riseman and found a cheap one on ebay

    The seller lists it as a g-9200 multiband

    I thought the multibands are gw-9200

    So i asked him wich model it exactly is...

    Q:Hi, wich watch is it exactly? I want to buy it but I want to be sure it is the GW-9200 (the one that receives time signal) regards, maarten

    G 9200 is non atomic

    GW 9200 is atomic.

    there has been other ebay sellers that have listed this wrong. beware I bought mine from leisurepro.com and it was 150. not sure about there shipping policy but you will not get bad info

    The GW-9200 is atomic and the G-9200 is not. So the G-9200 won't automatically sync to the atomic clock signal. It's cheaper because it's lacking these electronic parts.

    I'd avoid it, but it's possible he isn't aware there's a non atomic version. If he isn't particularly interested in G-Shocks and just sells them, I can imagine it just being a misunderstanding. Still, you never know.
