I bought it directly from Casio's representative in Egypt [directly from the source]
I paid quite a price for it ... it's heavy and it came with all the attachments, manual and casio's laser sticker on it's back
there is a tiny "tick" that's felt when activating the stop watch and resetting it [ but not when pausing it ]
it came with 6 months warranty

if you're suggesting that it has a cheap Chinese casing then i really don't know but everything is looking good on my end [ except the glass of course ]

That's irrelevant now a days, as most G's are usually made in china or thailand. Except for the JDM ones.

When you got it was it like that already? Is that from the inside? Maybe they didn't notice it during installation. Has the 6 month warranty already passed? If not, send it back and have them fix it or replace it. Good luck!

Why is it irrelevant? Maybe "some" of the China made watches are not up to par like the ones that are made in Thailand and Japan. I don't trust a lot of products that are made in China. Just look at all the junk that WalMart sells that's made in China. Have you ever seen some of the $10 and $12 watches that WalMart sells? They are definitely not the same quality like the $15 and $20 watches that Casio used to make in Japan back in the late 1970's and early 1980's. Big difference!

It wasn't like that when i first got it .. a few weeks later the corrosion began to show on the left side and with days passing it spread to cover the whole glass
it's from the inside only and i think it's quite convenient since the Watch specs didn't say anything about [anti corrosion glass]

the warranty is over [unfortunately] but it's quite alright i only want to know if the glass is replaceable & will it be expensive ?

    Thanks again for replying

    that's a close-up photo on the glass
    http://i1124.photobucket.com/albums/...1/P1000921.jpg

if you look at the top right part it's clearly a corrosion

My only question concerns the replacement of the crystal ... is it possible on this particular model ?
