    Finally got it! GW-2310FB-1

Been looking forward to this one since I first saw it on the G-Shock site and it was delivered today. Gotta say, I really love it! Here's a few pics and a SxS with my standard GW-2310

    Lovely

The 7900's are my favourites, although the 56s are currently my focus. But nothing is excluded, except pink Risemans.

Thanks guys. I love it. The only thing I wish was that the backlight was that cool blue color I've seen on some other reverse LCD displays. This one is just the standard green.

Color scheme, I mean black scheme on this watch makes it perfect. It is what Men in Black should wear

    I like the stealthy look.

    Wear it in good health.

Nice! Great to have a positive and negative version of the same watch.

Where did you buy your GW-2310FB? I hope it wasn't from a Japanese seller. They have been seriously overcharging on this watch. Essentially, it's only a cosmetic variation of the GW-2310.

The GW-2310 descends from the G-2300, a watch that came out back in 2000. The module functionality hasn't changed all that much over the years. With all that screen real estate, I really think CASIO could have made the current time show in STW and CDT modes. In any case, it's a venerable classic design that will eventually be recognized alongside the 5600 and 6900 series.

I was tempted to buy one on eBay from one of the Japanese sellers even though I didn't see them any cheaper than about $220, but I was patient and got one direct from Casio as soon as they posted them being available, so I got it for $150. I'm sure the price will drop a little as more of them become available on places like Amazon, but I like it so much it may just give me a reason to get a backup.
