    Basically removed one side of the bracelet, unscrewed the back cover, removed the cover, the rubber gasket and the module. Then I used a sharp blade to very carefully pry and remove the existing polarizer off the LCD, cleaned off the glue residue with a q-tip dipped in alcohol, then cut out a new LCD-screen sized polarizer, removed the glue side backing off the filter and carefully glued it to the screen, then removed the glass side filter backing, then put everything back together. Honestly the hardest part was getting the bracelet back on, what a nightmare! lol
