    First Dye Job

I just thought I'd share my first dye job on one of my own watches, I've had many practice runs on the wifes Baby-G's and whilst doing a green jelly for her I figured what the hell and threw the resin in from my White GLX-5600. Tell me what you think thoughts and criticisms appreciated, but I like the way it's come out.

Looks good. I thought all of the GLX5600s had glossy resin. Don't see enough dyed squares around!

Yes Tsip it is glossy resin but i figured I'd take a chance and see what happened, it seems to be holding ok and is now glossy green instead of glossy white. I used apple green liquid rit dye for it.

Pretty cool, do the blue designs on the band still show or are those now green too?

Best dye results I've ever seen on glossy resin. Congrats. Guess I have something else to start working on. Curious to see how well the dye holds up or how quickly it fades. Post pics again in a few weeks, please!
