    First New G in a Few Months,...G-8900A-4

I just pulled the trigger on the new G-8900A-4 in burnt orange, very cool G. Amazon had it for 110 shipped, they have one left at this price, hoping to get it in before next weekend. I didn't think this model had made it to the states yet because the only ones on ebay are from Japan sellers and they are asking way to much for them. I much prefer this model to the Solar versions, I also like the black and gold version but really wish they had an all black negative version just as they do for the GR model. Anyone have this model yet? If so, I would love to see some fresh wrist shots to pacify me until arrival,...

That's a real great looking G - funny though I wasn't very excited about the color at first until Kronos posted up pics of his. It went from meh to must ... and looks like it may be hard to get under $110. I have the white GW-8900 version, and love it - the 8900's are all a very cool looking series. Looking forward to your pics -- enjoy!

Congrats!! After seeing Kronos post pics of his, this one is secind on my list just under the 9300GY! I'm liking this series thus far, ezpecially this one and the white GR. I'm waiting to see wrist shots of the black/blue 8900...the jury is still out on that one, but from the stock photos I'm thinking it goes on the list also!!

Very Cool, nice and chuncky, really exited to get mine in, it appears to have shipped out yesterday UPS, UPS ships slow compared to USPS. I'll be lucky to see it this week, its coming from California and I am in NC.

Bringing this thread back up. What is the difference in 8900's between solar (gr) and non-solar (g)? I too am looking at the white one and the orange one. Yes, i know what the correct answer is (both!) But functionally what is the difference?
