    Frogman: legitmate diving watch?

I was wondering how the Frogman really performs as a dive watch compared to other dive watches that are in the same price range ($300-700).
Is the Frogman something real divers use or is it just a collectible that Casio sells in wacky colors for G-Shock collectors?
I snorkle but have never been certified for SCUBA so I've never been down to any kind of depth in the ocean. If you were or are a serious SCUBA enthusiast and had a big dive planned is the Frogman something you'd bring along or would you seek out something different?

If you want to wear a watch whilst diving seriously the frog is as good as you need. Serious divers will probably use a dive computer for the business end of timings etc.

Mate, the G-Shock Frogman was made with Pro-Divers (and wannabes) in mind.

    'Was', don't know about 'is'...
I used to list my watches here until I realised it ruined people's Google searches...
