    Frogman Multiband 6 GWF-1000-1JF question

    Greetings:

I've just received my 16th Frogman, a Multiband 6 GWF-1000-1JF and I'm quite impressed with the watch. Unfortunately the instructions are in Japanese and there is not yet an English version of the instructions on Casio's website.

Would someone familiar with this watch please be so kind as to advise me how I'll be able to ascertain if and when the watch has synchronized with the atomic clock at Ft. Collins, CO?

Any advice is very much appreciated. Thank you!
    Best regards,

Plug the module number in here:
    http://world.casio.com/wat/download/en/manual/

If it's not there then there isn't an English manual yet. Don't forget, it's only been released in Japan so far.

Thank you for your response DragonJade.

That was my assumption. It's simply too new for an English manual.

Any idea how I can tell if it has synched?

Try this. It might be in here:

I think if the centre spot around the G in the eye is black then it is synced.

Yep, a little G in the center of the eye will appear. Also, if you press the lower right button, it will display the last sync time and date.

I suspect that you're correct. I'll wear it to bed tonight. All of my atomic G's sync perfectly with Ft. Collins from my bedroom so I'll see what happens.

Again, thank you so very much for your kind assistance DragonJade. I truly appreciate your help.

As I thought. Thank you so very much Nolander for your gracious help. I've been wearing the watch since I received it in the mail this afternoon and I'm finding it to be my favorite Frogman. I've always hoped that Casio would produce a solar/atomic Frogman and my wish came true. The price is a bit stiff, but well worth the value.

    Thanks again Nolander!
