    Frogman question about generations.

I'm VERY new to this site.. I was wondering Is the GF8250ER-2 different then the GF1000? Does it just have to do with colors? Or is it a whole new Frogman? So my question is: Is the GF8250ER-2 a WHOLE newly designed watch or just a spin on the GF1000 Series?

Basically, they're different models from the same line-up. For starters, take a look here:
    GF-8250ER-2
    GF-1000-1
    All the Frogman models
    Cheers!

Basically yes, the modules are a bit different, but overall they basically have the same features. They "wear" different though, and the 1000 series are larger and a bit heavier.
